Allan Jones Construction provides a comprehensive and integrated range of building Maintenance.
We receive Responsive and Reactive Repairs at our head office by email, phone and fax. We prioritise them and then carry out repairs appropriately.
We normally carry out emergency out of hours call outs within two hours.
All planned maintenance contracts are carried out according to agreed specifications and to contract procedures.
Trained and Qualified Tradesmen
We deliver our services using trained and qualified tradesmen including using some multi trade operatives for smaller repairs to minimise our clients' costs and maintain continuity of works.
We are experienced at working within occupied premises , where we will work with clients' management facilities team, employees or householders to minimise disruption and maximise safety.
Allan Jones Construction always develop robust Health and Safety Procedures to ensure works are carried out safely and considerately for both our clients and our technicians.
